Hi, I’m Katherine, the baker behind Louie’s Sweets!

Louie is my little Maltese and his sweet smile is the inspiration for my bakery. Baking has always been my creative outlet and safe space, and sharing my desserts with you is one of the most rewarding parts of my life. I love dreaming up new flavors, mastering the small details, and creating treats that make people smile.

Louie’s Sweets began as a small, heartfelt project during a challenging time — a space where creativity, comfort, and baking came together in the most unexpected and healing way.
